  5. All you have to do is unzip these files and place them in 
  6. the same directory as your other HTM or HTML files.  
  7.  
  8. Then, read them using your WWW Browser such as Mosaic, 
  9. Netscape or Weblauncher.

  11. In your Mosaic type browser merely go to 'File'
  12. Then, 'OPEN LOCAL FILE'
  13.  
  14. Then look for 'ROADMAP.HTM' on your system.  This is the
  15. opening File in the Netcenter's Guided Tour of the Internet.
  16.  
  17. Merely follow the menus to more than 30,000 of the Internet's
  18. top Web Sites.  Some of these listings cannot be viewed until 
  19. and unless you are Online.  Most of them can be viewed, OFFline
  20. saving you time and money.
